Braceria Zur Traube is an idea by two passionate friends who are entrepreneurs in the catering industry. Starting from an old inn (Zur Traube) in the historic center of Visp (Valais), they have created an innovative steakhouse where you can enjoy top quality meat accompanied by a good wine, where the concept of a hamburger moves away from fast food and towards the Authenticity meets and the attention to detail. A place where time slows down and outside of working hours you can indulge in the little pleasures of gluttony.
